Toraja (Tana Toraja) is one of the well-known coffee plantation areas in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Toraja highland is a mountain area standing at higher than 1,400 meters above sea level, just a perfect height for wild coffee to grow. North Toraja, however, also has coffee-growing areas, which stand at 400-700 MASL. The farmers in Toraja became experts over time in growing and preparing high-quality wild coffee with traditional methods, passed through generations. This robusta offers low acidity and a mild body with hints of wood. For shipping, it is packaged in 50 kg jute bags.
